Searching for Seeds? Search the Seed allows you to select which bosses, cards, relics, and/or events you encounter in your next Slay the Spire II run. It does this by generating seeds that tell the game what to do. You can use these seeds by pasting one into the menu for Singleplayer > Custom > Seed.
Slay the Spire II is deterministic; for a seed it will always produce the same card offers, events, relics, and bosses. Sort of. There are many ways for you to change what happens in the seed.
Additionally, the state of your save (what you have unlocked) will determine which relics and cards are offered. Without a save uploaded
the seed finder assumes a fully unlocked save. Uploading the progress.save file fixes this.
A few things to watch out for:
- The Act 2 and 3 ancients' offers read your live deck, so the tool is inaccurate for things like Goopy from Pael.
- Single-player is assumed because multiplayer changes room counts and some pools. Something that may be tackled in the future.
